A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR OF
BUILDING AND SAFETY OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA.
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga was incorporated on
November 30, 1977, as a general law city of the State of California;
and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a Chief Building Official be
appointed immediately in order that the affairs of the City may be
properly administered;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
does resolve, determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1: The Director of Building and Safety of the County
of San Bernardino, or his designated and qualified representative, is
hereby appointed Chief Building Official of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
SECTION 2: The Chief Building Official above appointed shall
serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1977.
