A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY°
WHEREAS, Section 102(a) (6) of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974 contemplates and authorizes Cooperation
agreements between counties and cities within the counties in
furtherance of the purpose of the Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga resolves as follows:
The Cooperation Agreement with the County of San Bernar-
dino, attached hereto, is approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1977.
