A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL SALES AND
USE TAXES.
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has adopted, as an urgency
ordinance, Ordinance No. 9 imposing a local sales and use tax; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Rancho Cucamonga and
the State Board of Equalization of the State of California to execute
an Agreement for State administration of local sales and use taxes;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Mayor James C. Frost is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the ~ity that certain agreement entitled "Agreement for
State Administration of Local Sales and Use Taxes" form "BT-527 REV. 5
(11-74)".
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1977.
