A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A DEADLINE FOR FILING
OF ITEMS TO BE PRESENTED AT REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: All items submitted for the City Council agenda must
be in writing. The deadline for submitting an item is 5:00 p.m. on the
Thursday prior to the regular City Council meeting at which the item is
to be presented. All items must be presented to the City Clerk.
SECTION 2: The Mayor or the City Manager may waive the require-
ments of this resolution if either of them determine that the best
interests of the City require that an item be presented to the City
Council without delay. The City Council may waive the requirements of
this resolution by a majority vote.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
