A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING CONTINUATION OF SERVICES
BY THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga was incorporated on
November 30, 1977, as a general law city of the State of California;
and,
WHEREAS, Section 34333 of the Government Code of the State of
California provides for the continuation of services by the County
to the area of the County which is now the City of Rancho Cucamonga;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Bernardino is hereby requested to continue to furnish, without additional
charge, to the City of Rancho Cucamonga all services furnished prior to
incorporation to the area of the County which is now the City of Rancho
Cucamonga. It is further requested that said services be furnished for
the remainder of the current fiscal year or until the City Council
requests discontinuance of a service or services, whichever first occurs.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
