A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CONTRACT FOR DEPOSIT
OF MONIES WITH THE BANK OF AMERICA NT & SA.
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council does desire to deposit
monies with the Bank of America NT & SA.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council does find,
determine, declare and resolve that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to enter into a contract for deposit of monies with the Bank
of America NT & SA, Branch 56, located at 9719 Foothill Boulevard, Rancho
Cucamonga, California, 91730.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
