A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALFIORNIA, APPOINTING AN ACTING SUPERINTENDENT
OF STREETS, ACTING CITY ENGINEER AND ACTING CITY PLANNING
DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga was incorporated on November 30,
1977, as a general law city of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an Acting Superintendent of Streets,
an Acting City Engineer and an Acting City Planning Director be appointed
immediately in order that the affairs of the City may be properly adminis-
tered;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The County Road Commissioner of the County of San
Bernardino, or his designated and qualified representative, is hereby
appointed Acting Superintendent of Streets of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
SECTION 2: The County Road Commissioner of the County of San
Bernardino, or his designated and qualified representative, is hereby
appointed Acting City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
SECTION 3: The Planning Director of the County of San Bernardino,
or his designated and qualified representative, is hereby appointed
Acting Planning Director of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
SECTION 4: Each of the officers above appointed shall serve
at the pleasure of the City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
