A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DISASTER AND CIVIL DEFENSE MASTER MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council does wish to establish
procedures for invoking mutual aid in times of an emergency; and
WHEREAS, the State of California has adopted a California Disaster
and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement of November 15, 1950;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council does hereby
accept and participate in any manner acceptable and resolve to honor
the State Mutual Aid Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
