A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~CHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING FILING OF DOCUMENTS
WITH STATE AND COUNTY OFFICES AND OFFICERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, the City
Clerk and the Interim City Attorney are each appointed the authorized
agent of the City of Rancho Cucamonga for the filing with such offices
and officers of the State of California and the County of San Bernardino
of certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other documents
as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct of City business.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
