A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO PREPARE, EXECUTE AND FILE THE STATEMENT OF BOUNDARY
CREATION REQUIRED BY SECTION 54900 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND ORDERING THE UTILIZATION OF THE
REGULAR COUNTY ASSESSMENT ROLE AND SPECIFYING THAT AFFECTED
PROPERTY WILL BE TAXED FOR ANY EXISTING BONDED INDEBTEDNESS
OR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.
WHEREAS, by reason of Section 34328 of the Government Code of the
State of California the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is
required to cause to be filed a Statement of Boundary Creation required by
Section 54900 of the Government Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCA_MONGA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to prepare and
execute the Statement of Boundary Creation of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, to file the same with all appropriate State and County officials,
and to pay any filing fee therefore as may be required by Section 54902.5
of the Government Code.
Section 2. The City of Rancho Cucamonga shall utilize the regular
County Assessment role of the County of San Bernardino, California.
Section 3. Any affected property will be taxed for any existing
bonded indebtedness or contractual obligations.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1977.
