A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONG4, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION
FOR SUNSTONE STREET.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does ordain
as follows:
WHEREAS, on August 3, 1978, the City Engineer of said City did
acknowledge that certain Offer of Dedication, executed by Roy Burchett,
for that portion of Parcel Map No. 3222.
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that the said Offer of
Dedication be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, State of California, that pursuant to provisions
of Chapter 12.7 of Divi~ ~on 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code of the
State of California, th~ above referenced Offer of Dedication is here-
by accepted on this 18th day of October, 1978.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the City Engineer, be and is hereby
instructed to record the Easement Deed in the Office of the County
Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1978.
