A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR SERVICE CONNECTION ELECTRICAL UNDERGROUNDING FOR
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
W~EREAS, the construction of public improvements for Underground
Utility District No. 2 on Archibald Avenue between Church Street and Base Line
Road have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1985.
