A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVH~IENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREHMENT FROM FORECAST
MORTGAGE CORPORATION FOR PROJECT D.R. 84-44
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Raneho Cueamonga adopted
Resolution No. 84-156 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from James Previti; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on June
20, 1984 as Document No. 84-145085; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cueamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1985.
