A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGRE~4ENT,
IMPROV~4ENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 12588
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 12588 consisting of 22 lots,
submitted by Pacific Omnivest, Subdivider, located on the southwest corner of
Hermosa Avenue and Hillside Road has been submitted to the City of Raneho
Cueamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1985.

I, BEVERLY A. AUTHELET, CITY CLERK of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, do hereby.certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at
a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st day of May, 1985.
