A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT
AND LIEN AGREEMENT FOR MESSENGER INVESTMENT CO. AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 7244, located on the south side of Foothill
Boulevard, east of Elm Avenue, submitted by Messenger Investment Co. was
approved on September 15, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Installation of a Landscaped Median Island established as
prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Messenger Investment Co.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1982.
