A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 7244,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7244), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 7244, submitted by Messenger
Investment Corporation, Subdivider, and consisting of 9 parcels, located on
the south side of Foothill Boulevard, east of Red Oak Avenue, being a division
of lot 27 of Parcel Map 6206 as recorded in San Bernardino County, State of
California was approved by the Planning Commission as provided in the State
Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance
No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 7244 is the Final Map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider su~its for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the st~ =ets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 7244 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1982.
