A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BASE LINE
RECONSTRUCTION FROM CARNELIAN STREET TO THE WEST
CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Base Line from Carnelian Street
to the West City limits has been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted
and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion
with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 1982.
