A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION 76-0529, DIRECTOR
REVIEW 78-30 AND FOR 5727 CARNELIAN STREET
WHEREAS, the construction of street improvements for Minor
Subdivision 76-0529, Director Review 78-30 and 5727 Carnelian have been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice
of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 1982.
