A RESOLFIION OF THE CITY COUNCIO OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA~RDNGA APPROVING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ~JwNDNG AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, JAMES BANKS, THE
CITY OF FONTANA AND THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY LAFC.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve
as follows:
The Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release attached
hereto as Exhibit 1 is hereby approved, subject to
the execution of two other agreements with affected
property owners consistent with the Conceptual
Foundation Agreement dated February 12, 1985.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Settlement Agreement and the two related contracts on
behalf of the City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1985.
