A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT EXTENSION
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 483?
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on April 3, 1985 by Elaine Kohler as Developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the east side of Amethyst, south of 19th
Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of suoh improvements, described in said
Improvement Extension Agreement and subject to the term thereof, is to be
done in conjunction with the development of said real property referred to as
Parcel Map 4837; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cueamonga, California, that said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Raneho Cueamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1985.
