A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 8695
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 8695)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 8695, submitted by O'Donnel,
Brigham & Partners and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the north side of
?th Street between Pittsburgh and Bridgeport, being a division of Parcel 3 of
Parcel Map 7555 as recorded in Book 77, Pages 42 and 43 was approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 8695 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 8695 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1985.
