A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM LEWIS
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, FOR PARCEL MAP 8063 AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 8063, located at the southeast corner of Foothill
Blvd. and Hellman Avenue, submitted by Lewis Devslopment Company was approved
on March 20, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Installation of 1~ landscaped median island established as
prerequisite to recordation of said map has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Lewis Development Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1985.

I, BEVERLY A. AUTHELET, CITY CLERK of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution
No. 85-74, was duly passed, approved, and adopted by the City Council, at a
regular meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of March, 1985, and
that the same was passed and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Wright, Buquet, Mikels, Dahl
NOES: None
ABSENT: King
