A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 8063,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 8063), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 8063, submitted by Lewis
Development Company, Subdivider, and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the
southeast corner of Foothill Blvd. and Hellman Avenue, being a division of the
west 702 feet of the north l/2of the northwest l~of the northeast l/4of Section
10, Township 1 South, Range ? West, San Bernardino County, State of California
was approved by the Planning ComnLission as provided in the State Subdivision
Map Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said
City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 8063 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdlvider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cueamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 8063 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1985.

I, BEVERLY A. AUTHELET, CITY CLERK of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution
No. 85-73, was duly passed, approved, and adopted by the City Council, at a
regular meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of March, 1985, and
that the same was passed and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Wright, Buquet, Mikels, Dahl
NOES: None
ABSENT: King
