A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM C/A LIMITED,
FOR PARCEL MAP 8303 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 8303, located on the northwest corner of Haven
Avenue and Foothill Blvd., submitted by C/A Limited was approved on February
22, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Installation of one-half median island established as
prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by C/A Limited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1985.
