A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM GENEVIEVE
IVES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE
SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga adopted
Resolution No. 80-38 on May 7, 1980, to establish requirements for landlocked
parcels where no subdivision is occurring; and
WHEREAS, a single family residence, located at 12820 Chervil is a
Landlocked Parcel within the meaning of said Resolution No. 80-38; and
WHEREAS, Genevieve Ires has executed a Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Ranoho Cueamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the M~ayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1985.
