A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A PLAT SHOWING THE AREA AND
PROPERTY TO BE ASSESSED IN A PROPOSED ASSESSHENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has been presented and received a plat showing and describing the area and
property proposed to be assessed in an assessment district under the provisions
and authority of the '~andscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", being Division 15,
Part 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, in what is
known and designated as
PARK AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
(HERITAGE AND RED HILL COMMUNITY PARK)
(hereinafter referred to as the '~ssessment District").
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That a plat showing the areas and property proposed to be
assessed in said Assessment District, as herewith submitted, is hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3: That the original plat showing the proposed areas and
property to be assessed for the District shall be kept on file in the Office of
the City Clerk and remain open for public inspection.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1985.
