A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
RICHWOOD DEVELOPMENT FOR POSTPONEMENT OF APPROVAL OF
C.C.&R.S FOR TRACT NO. 12621
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 12621, consisting of 93 lots,
submitted by Richwood Development, Subdivider, located on the south side of
Arrow Highway between Madrone and Baker Avenues was conditionally approved to
prepare Covenants, Conditions and Resolutions (C.C.&R'S) in compliance with
standards established by the City; and
WI4EREAS, to meet the requirements as a prerequisite to approval of
occupancy of the proposed development said subdivider has entered into an
agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cuoamonga, California as follows:
1.That said agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said
City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto
and cause same to be recorded upon said execution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1985.
