A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
ASSESSMENT INITIAL STUDY, AND ISSUANCE OF A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED SAN BERNARDINO ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available imput concerning the proposed San Bernardino Road
Reconstruction and Improvement; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Initial Study and Assessment has been
prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Environmental Initial Study and Assessment for the
Reconstruction and Improvement for San Bernardino Road is hereby approved for
issuance of a Negative Declaration.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of
Determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1984.
