A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM ELEANOR
CARPENTER AND M~RJORIE STROUP AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 8583 located at the northeast corner of
Hellman Avenue and Ninth Street by Eleanor Carpenter and MarJorie Stroup was
approved on June 27, 1984 and
WHEREAS, Installation of undergrounding of existing overhead
electrical line established as prerequisite to issuance of Recordation has
been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
by Eleanor Carpenter and MarJorie Stroup.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1984.
