A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 9269 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COF~LETION FOR THE WORK
WMERE~S, the construction of public improvements for Tract 9269 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREA~, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Co~letion with
the County Recorder of S~n Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of S~ptember, 1984.
