A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE STORM
DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 6206, STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR DR 81-05 AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT NO. 9176 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of Storm Drain improvements for
Parcel Map 6206, Street improvements for DR 81-05 and Street improvements
for Tract No. 9176 have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted
and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion
with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1982.
