A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
COCA COLA BOTTLING COMPANY OF LOS ANGELES AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
THE SAME
WHEREAS, Director Review No. 81-01, located on the north side
of 6th Street, east of Haven Avenue, submitted by Coca Cola Bottling
Company of Los Angeles was approved on March 25, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Installation of a landscaped Median Island estab-
lished as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by
entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
Coca Cola Bottling Company of Los Angeles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1982.
