A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL
TRACT MAP NO. 12176
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 12176, consisting of
15 lots, submitted by Daon Corporation, Subdivider, located on the north
side of Civic Center Drive, between Red Oak Street and Utica Avenue has
been submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and
approved by said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the
State of California, and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance
No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map Number 12176 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Tract Map Number 12176 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1982.
