A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
EXTENSION OF THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR TRACT
NO. 10491
WHEREAS, application has been filed for time extension for
the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.711.3 of Ordinance
No. 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Improvement Agreement
for Tract No. 10491 on June 17, 1982.
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
has made the following findings:
That prevailing economic conditions have caused a
lack of financing;
That these economic conditions make it unreasonable
to build at this time;
That granting of the time extension will not be
detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare,
or materially injurious to properties or improvements
in the vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby grant a one-year extension for
the Improvement Agreement for Tract No. 10491 and the Mayor is authorized
to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1982.
