A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 6937
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6937)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 6937, submitted by
Trinidad Perez and consisting of 4 parcels, located at the southwest
corner of Victoria and East Avenues, being a division of Parcel 4 of
Parcel 4590 as recorded in Parcel Map Book 46, page 53, County of San
Bernardino, California was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 6937 is the final map of the
division of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 6937 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1982.
