A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE NAME
OF CENTER AVENUE WITHIN TRACT NO. 9458 TO IVY
LANE
WHEREAS, it has been found that a certain street name has
been used, which conflicts with street names that are not in the same
alignment; and
WHEREAS, emergency services personnel need to be able to
determine street locations without hesitation; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk shall send written notice of the change
to the Post Office, County Recorder, Fire District, Sheriff's Department
and Registrar of Voters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby designate "Center Avenue" within
Tract No. 9458, south of Base Line Road, to be henceforth known as
"Ivy Lane".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk
to sign the same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of'May, 1982.
