A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCH0 CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AGREE-
MENTS BETWEEN THE RANCHO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
THE CUCAMONGA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AND THE CHINO
BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Rancho Redevelopment Agency has completed an
Agreement with the Cucamonga County Water District; and
WHEREAS, the Rancho Redevelopment Agency has completed an
Agreement with the Chino Basin Municipal Water District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga does approve the Agreements between the Rancho
Redevelopment Agency and the Cucamonga County Water District, and the
Chino Basin Municipal Water District, as attached in Exhibits "A" and
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1982.
