A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE STREET I}~ROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 5803, PARCEL MAP 4762, AND CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 81-04 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of street improvements for Parcel
Map 5803, Parcel Map 4762, and Conditional Use Permit No. 81-04 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1982.
