A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
DONALD GLOVER AND TRACY GLOVER AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAM]E.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
adopted Resolution No. 80-38 on ~y 7, 1980, to establish requirements
for landlocked parcels where no subdivision is occurring; and
WHEREAS, the real described property in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga to wit:
The south 185 feet of the east 103 feet of the west
298 feet of the north 1/2 of Lot 9, Block "x"
according to the Preliminary Map of Etiwanda Colony
Lands, as per Plat recorded in Book 2 of Maps, Page 24,
Records of said County, (APN 227-221-23) is a landlocked
Parcel; and
WHEREAS, Donald J. Glover and Tracy L. Glover have executed a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1982.
