A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 7012
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7012)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 7012, submitted by Crescent
Business Center and consisting of 5 parcels, located on the east side of
Archibald Avenue, south of 6th Street, being ~ division of the south 1/2
of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of section 14, T. 1S., R. 7
W. was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 7012 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 7012 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1982.
