A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
CRESCENT BUSINESS CENTER AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 7012, located on the east side of
Archibald Avenue, south of 6th Street, submitted by Crescent Business
Center was approved on August 12, 1981; and
~EREAS, Installation of a Median Island established as pre-
requisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Crescent Business
Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1982.
