A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 6724,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6724) IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 6724, submitted by Davis
Development, Subdivider, and consisting of 8 parcels, located at the
northeast corner of Hellman and 7th Street, being a division of a
portion of the south 1/2 of Lot 7, Section 15, T. 1S. Range 7, West was
approved by the Planning Commission as provided in the State Subdivision
Map Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance 28 of
said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 6724 is the Final Map of the
division of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said
Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
~7iat the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk
is authorized to execute the certificate thereon
behalf of said City; and
That said Parcel Map Number 6724 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder
to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1982.
