RESOLUTION NO. 82-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FIVE-YEAR
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BIrDGET THROUGH THE 1982-1983
FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of February, 1982, the Rancho Cucamonga
City Council held a meeting to consider the attached proposed Capital
Improvements Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Cornmission concurs in
the recommended program as proposed, and has found it in conformance
with the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga City
Council hereby:
SECTION 1: Approves the attached Capital Improvements Budget.
SECTION 2: Directs the implementation of said Budget on a
priority basis as funds become available.
SECTION 3: Further directs that said program be reviewed as a
minimum on a annual basis to evaluated progress and priorities.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1982.
