A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE
CITY COUNCIL AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has found a need exists
to help finance Capital Outlays, to assist industrial development; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined a need for an Industrial
Development Authority in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the Industrial Development
Authority of the City shall be organized as set forth in the Industrial
Development Financing Act being titled 10 of the government code of the
State of California, commencing with Section 91500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga shall function as the Board of Directors of the
Industrial Development Authority under and in accordance with the provisions
of the Industrial Development Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1982.
