A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82
AND LOANING ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City Council, in accrodance with the provisions
of the California Community Redevelopment Law, has created a Community
Redevelopment Agency Administrative Fund for the purpose of accounting
for administrative expenses of the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency
and funds advanced therefore by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to loan funds to the Rancho
Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency from the City of Rancho Cucamonga Reserve
Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
SECTION 1: That $50,000 is hereby appropriated from Reserves
to the Community Redevelopment Agency Administrative Fund for administrative
costs as they apply to the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency in
accordance with that Agency's approved budget for Fiscal Year 1981-1982.
SECTION 2: That the budget of the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelop-
ment Agency for Fiscal Year 1981-1982, as attached to this Resolution,
is hereby amended and approved in the following amounts:
