A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 7007
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7007)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel _Map Number 7007, submitted by Daon
Corporation and consisting of 3 parcels, located at the southeast corner
of Haven Avenue and Civic Center Drive, being a division of parcel 3 of
Parcel Map, as per map recorded in Book 65, Pages 61-62 was approved by
the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 7007 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
I~HEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 7007 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1982.
