A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 6882
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6882)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 6882, submitted by Oakview,
a Limited Partnership and consisting of 5 parcels, located at the south-
east corner of 19th Street and Carnelian Avenue, being a division of a
portion of Lot 1, Block 16 of Cucamonga Homestead Association Lands as
per plot recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 46 Records of San Bernardino
County, California was approved by the Planning Commission of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 6882 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 6882 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1982.
