A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT NO. 9437, LOCATED EAST OF RAVEN AVENUE AND
SOUTH OF 19TH STREET
WHEREAS, the construction of street improvement for Tract
No. 9437 have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice
of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
