A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS TO
THE NORTHERLY 8' OF PALO ALTO STREET FROM CENTER TO
MARINE
WHEREAS, the construction of street improvements on the northerly
8' of Palo Alto Street from Center to Marine have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted
and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion
with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1982.
