A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM BARCLAYS-
TERRA FOR TRACT NO. 12320 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Tract No. 12320 located at the southeast corner of Archibald
and Victoria Avenues submitted by Barclays-Terra was approved on January 26,
1983; and
WHEREAS, Installation of a one-half landscaped median island
established as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by
entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
Barclays-Terra.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1984.
